Zusammenfassung

Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead customer-facing operations and uphold service, presentation and hospitality standards across our venues. You'll mentor and motivate the team, manage rosters, and support the management team in achieving KPIs while acting as an ambassador for the Compass brand.

This role is based in the Defence, Government and Energy services sector across UK sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing supervisory role within hospitality, catering, retail, leisure or similar.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to lead, coach and motivate teams.

Aufgaben

• Supervising day-to-day front of house operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Leading and motivating customer service teams to deliver high hospitality standards.
• Supporting management in achieving operational KPIs and targets.
• Maintaining Health & Safety, Food Safety and company compliance.
• Managing staffing levels, rosters and training of team members.
• Acting as an ambassador for Compass Group UK & Ireland and upholding brand image.
• Building relationships with customers and responding to queries professionally.
