Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort - Drift Inn are seeking a friendly Guest Services team member to welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle inquiries. You will be the face of the Drift Inn, ensuring a positive, memorable experience and supporting Duty Manager shifts as required.

The role is 32 hours per week across four days on a seven-day rota. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and a people-focused culture, this is a great fit.

• Answer guest queries and assist with bookings and requests.
