Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Services team member for the Drift Inn, on-site in Wyboston. You will look after guests and provide excellent service, handling check-ins and check-outs and answering queries to ensure a positive guest experience.

This role includes Duty Manager shifts and requires a warm, proactive personality with the ability to work on a rota across seven days. Part-time hours and a competitive hourly rate support a busy hospitality environment.

Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them. Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the Drift Inn. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience. This role will also include Duty Manager shifts.
