Job summary

Silverstone Circuits Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Escapade Gallery - Restaurant Bar. The role offers permanent, full-time hours at Silverstone, with flexible scheduling to meet guest needs and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a welcoming, courteous, and efficient dining experience, managing orders, beverages, and guest requests while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred; flexibility for shift patterns.
• Strong customer focus with ability to upsell and advise on menus.
• Good command of English and professional grooming.

Responsibilities

• Create a best-in-class guest experience through attentive service.
• Greet guests, take and relay orders to kitchen/bar accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and serve a range of coffees and teas; maintain bar and dining areas.
• Assist with bar setup, restocking, cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Process bills and payments, handle queries with guests in a courteous manner.
• Know menu specials and ingredients to inform and upsell guests.
• Support team with training and ensure safety, hygiene and compliance.
