Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in controlling costs and achieving KPI targets.
• Provide ongoing training to team members on service standards.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and adherence to health & safety rules.
• Drive upselling and revenue through guest interactions.
