Coppa Club is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver memorable dining experiences in a vibrant, guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver service excellence to ensure every guest feels welcomed and delighted.
Lead the floor by supervising team members and providing hands-on support during service.
Keep operations running smoothly with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and guest queries.
Grow the team by supporting training and development to build confidence and capability.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation to high standards.
Communicate clearly with management and departments to keep service efficient.
