Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the Anglesey Abbey shop, answer questions and help guests enjoy their day. You’ll work in a friendly team, maintain a clean, well-presented shop, and explain how purchases support the charity.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027 with a zero-hour pattern; weekend and bank holiday work required. An online assessment replaces a CV, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Offer visitors help and advice with their shopping.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in the shop and provide excellent service.

• Arrange, receive and unpack deliveries and create shop displays.
• Keep the shop floor clean and organised and work with the team.
