Job summary

The National Trust welcomes visitors to Anglesey Abbey and surrounding grounds with a warm, informative welcome and first-class service. You’ll answer questions, share information, and help ensure every guest has an enjoyable visit.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a small team delivering friendly, knowledgeable service across varying shifts, with weekends required and a flexible pattern due to annualised hours.
