Job summary

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to be the heart of our guest and owner experience, greeting visitors and ensuring their stay is memorable. You’ll interact with guests and owners to make them feel welcome, valued, and well cared for from arrival through departure.

As part of the team, you’ll listen to questions, address concerns with patience and efficiency, and work with colleagues to deliver friendly, seamless service across the reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Reception is beneficial but training is provided.
• Customer focused with a passion for working with people.
• Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to handle questions or guest concerns with patience and tact.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create a welcoming atmosphere at reception.
• Listen to questions or concerns and take thoughtful action to personalise interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth, seamless service for guests and owners.
• Share guest and owner insights with relevant teams to improve service.
