Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a front desk/guest services team member in the UK to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide information about local attractions. You will handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not mandatory, with internal development opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests and process their payments.
• Respond to inquiries about facilities and local information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests
