Job summary

Premier Inn Cardiff North is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and ensure every stay runs smoothly.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with 24 guaranteed hours per week, at up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required; full training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within Whitbread.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and assist behind the bar
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates during busy periods
