Job summary

BAHA, part of Hargreaves Enterprises, is seeking a Front of House team member to welcome guests, take bar orders, and deliver brand‑leading service.

You’ll follow SOPs, manage reservations, explain menus and promotions, keep your area tidy, and process cash or card payments while ensuring a seamless guest experience. Weekend and night shifts are required. You will be part of a dynamic, training‑focused team with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong English communication and friendly demeanor required.
• Excellent personal presentation and guest‑facing skills.
• Comfortable being on camera for social media features.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take bar orders with friendliness and efficiency.
• Serve beverages and maintain brand service standards.
• Follow SOPs, manage reservations, and explain menus/promotions.
• Keep the service area clean and handle payments (cash/card).
• Coordinate with kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth experience.
• Assist with upselling and delivering exceptional guest service.
