Job summary

Southampton Football Club is seeking an energetic Entertainment Front of House team member to welcome visitors to our new 7‑day indoor leisure venue. You will deliver warm, professional service and help daily activities run smoothly to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Duties include checking in guests, taking payments, preparing floors and bars, serving food and drinks, preparing cocktails, and assisting guests with activities such as high ropes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing amazing service to guests.
• Checking in guests and introducing the gameplay.
