Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our Front of House team. You will greet and assist audience members, scan tickets, serve drinks and snacks, sell merchandise and programmes, and guide guests to their seats during performances.

Evening and weekend availability is essential. You will work with colleagues across the venue, support health and safety, handle cash and stock, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfort with upselling products and services.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with audience members, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Answer audience queries with timely and helpful information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the venue and shows to recommend products and services.
• Proactively suggest and sell food, beverages, merchandise, programmes, and packages to guests.
