Job summary

Catch 22 is seeking a Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide temporary cover at a professional site in the PO15 area. The role involves delivering a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors, supporting tenant experience and engagement.

Training and cover dates are scheduled (training 15th-16th October, 9:00am–12:00pm; cover 19th October–16th November). Working hours are 12:00pm–6:00pm, pay £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Front of House or hospitality experience in reception.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and welcome service.
• Building positive relationships with occupiers and regular visitors.
• Supporting tenant engagement and community activities.
• Assisting with events and wellbeing initiatives.
• Liaising professionally with visitors, contractors and building teams.
• Supporting tenant communications and engagement.
• Promoting building activities and helping create a welcoming environment.
• Providing general building operations and front-of-house support.
