Catch 22 in Fareham is seeking a professional Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide temporary cover at a professional site in the PO15 area. The role focuses on delivering a strong first impression and outstanding service to occupiers and visitors.

Duties include welcoming occupiers and visitors, supporting tenant engagement and events, and liaising with contractors and building teams during the 12:00pm–6:00pm shifts. Training dates are also listed for the period.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House, Reception or hospitality roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, well-presented and approachable demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors.
• Support tenant engagement and community activities.
• Assist with events and wellbeing initiatives.
