Catch 22 are seeking a Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide ad hoc cover at a prestigious commercial building in Manchester City Centre. This role focuses on delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a high standard of occupier and visitor service.

You will work 8:00am–5:00pm on an initial 18–20 November block with 2 days’ paid training prior to the first shift. The hourly rate is £12.71, with potential for further ad hoc cover opportunities.

Qualificações

• Front of House, reception or hospitality experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented and approachable manner.
• Confident engaging with tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Flexible and reliable with availability for ad hoc cover.
• Comfortable working within a busy corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and welcome service.
• Building positive relationships with occupiers and regular visitors.
• Supporting tenant engagement and community activities.
• Assisting with events and wellbeing initiatives.
• Liaising professionally with visitors, contractors and building teams.
• Supporting the Building Manager with tenant communications and engagement.
• Promoting building activities and helping create a welcoming, connected environment.
• Providing general building operations and front-of-house support.
