Job summary

Praxis Capital Limited is seeking a Front of House Host for a stand-alone role at 5 Brindley Place, Birmingham. You will deliver a professional front-of-house service, welcome tenants and visitors, and support building security and day-to-day operations.

The role requires office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with salary in the £28,000–£32,000 DOE range.

Qualifications

• Must have strong front-of-house/customer service experience.
• Ability to work largely stand-alone with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using IT systems and reception tools.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, welcoming front-of-house service and keep reception clean and presentable.
• Answer calls and greet visitors professionally and efficiently.
• Provide proactive support to tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Liaise with management to ensure smooth building operations.
• Carry out daily checks and inspections of entrances and on-site areas.
• Ensure health and safety checks are conducted as required.
• Record deliveries, monitor access/egress, and report issues promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
