Praxis Capital Limited in Birmingham is seeking a confident Front of House Host to join the Building Management team at 5 Brindley Place. This high-visibility, client-facing role involves delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the building.

You will be the face of the building, comfortable working independently, and able to manage enquiries from tenants, visitors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Front of House or Building Management.
• Confident using IT systems, reception tools and basic office technology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take initiative.
• Fire Marshal and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, welcoming front‑house service and keep reception clean and presentable.
• Answer calls and greet visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide proactive support to visitors, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Liaise with management to ensure smooth running of the building.
• Carry out daily checks, inspections of entrances and maintain health and safety checks.
• Manage deliveries and contractors recording on site and monitor access.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when required.
