Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for Maidstone / Sevenoaks Premier Inn on London Road. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of a busy hotel kitchen, including breakfasts and dinners.

No hotel experience required; we welcome applicants from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service roles. You’ll work 18 contracted hours per week for a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles are welcome.
• Reliable, team player and willing to roll up sleeves when busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
