Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is helpful.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor restaurant and room service areas for service and guest comfort.
• Provide a warm welcome, explain menu options, and answer questions about products and services.
• Record transactions in MICROS at time of order and handle cash at closing.
• Provide food and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, recooks, and availability.
• Carry out room service duties and assist with closing tasks including banking.
• Report maintenance or security issues to supervisors and participate in training as needed.
