You’ll manage reception duties, guest liaison during meetings and events, prepare welcome packs, check in attendees, and support smooth operations while upholding Cairn Group’s RISE values across all venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to manage front desk tasks and event support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and well-organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at events.
• Handle reception duties and attend to attendees during meetings.
• Prepare welcome packs and check-in attendees.
• Ensure venue setup meets high standards and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Prepare accurate invoices to support transparency.
