Job summary

Battersea Power Station invites you to join Chimney Lift as a Guest Experience host, helping relaunch with a brand-new interactive journey and stunning views of London. You’ll tell stories, guide guests through the attraction, and ensure safety while delivering memorable moments for every visitor.

We seek friendly, safety-conscious team players who enjoy engaging with diverse audiences. Weekend and flexible availability is required, with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for history

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming and confident in engaging with guests.
• Safety-conscious with focus on smooth and efficient operations.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm introductions to The Chimney Lift and share engaging stories.
• Guide guests through interactive gallery spaces and adapt to audiences.
• Support safe guest flow and maintain awareness of timings and capacity.
• Lead short talks or demonstrations to bring the experience to life.
• Collaborate with teams and support events, tours and activations.
