You’ll work across centres with comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and clear progression paths as part of our team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, helpful team member who supports colleagues.
• Flexible with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at reception or lanes.
• Serve food and drinks from bar and diner.
• Deliver engaging, courteous service to ensure great value for money.
• Support across centre areas; may work in the kitchen when needed.
