Job summary

JLL is seeking a Customer Experience Host at Bullring, Birmingham. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting retailers, and delivering outstanding customer service while promoting the Bullring community and social value.

You will work closely with the Occupier and Customer Manager and Marketing team to support destination events and on-board new occupiers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and personalised guest engagement at Bullring.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to customers and retailers.
• Resolve customer and occupier issues/queries efficiently.
• Coordinate with team for events and marketing activity.
• Maintain accurate information on retailers, facilities and directions.
• Onboard new occupiers and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security, cleaning and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Foster relationships with community groups and support social value initiatives.
