• Handle ID and Challenge25 checks patiently and accurately.
• Promote venue facilities, offers and events to guests.
• Assist cloakroom and guide guests around the venue.
• Keep lobby tidy and up to date with notices and promotions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless visit.
• Monitor visitor numbers and ensure compliance with policies.
