The Bird in Bath is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Dukes property on Great Pulteney Street. You will warmly welcome guests, process check-ins and payments, handle inquiries and provide upsell opportunities to enhance guest experiences.

Part-time role with flexible weekend and weekday shifts, 24 hours per week or full-time 40 hours across 5 days, plus a benefits package including team parking, training and staff discounts across Kaleidoscope Collection.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and during stay
• Handle check-ins and check-outs; manage payments
• Answer queries and assist with guest services
• Upsell hotel services and experiences
• Manage phone and email communications
