Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Reading Central Premier Inn is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service to ensure a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods at a central Reading location.

Permanent contract with full training and ongoing support. No hotel experience required; friendly, patient personalities who enjoy helping people will fit well and thrive as part of a busy hotel team.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly, helpful nature; ability to stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
