Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Bagshot is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner.

Shifts vary and may include evenings and weekends; no two days are the same, and prior hotel experience isn’t required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
