Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Floor Manager for a 14 Month Fixed Term Contract to lead a front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service. You will oversee the floor operations, coach staff, coordinate with the General Manager and ensure Soho House standards are met across all guest interactions.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar capacity in fast-paced environments, with a hospitality mindset, flexibility for shifts including weekends, and a passion for outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a floor team in hospitality or dining.
• Strong customer service focus with a calm, guest-centric approach.
• Ability to train staff, supervise shifts and manage rosters.
• Proven problem solving under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new staff.
