Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a hospitality team member to be the face of our venue, working across restaurant, bar and event spaces. You will support front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, upselling with strong menu knowledge, delivering meals to a high standard, and assisting with event setups and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or busy guest service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without compromising service quality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by business demands.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus and show them to tables.
• Take orders, record food and beverage selections and note dietary requirements.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver meals with high presentation and hygiene standards; manage table turnover and stock.
• Assist in bar service and beverage preparation; support event set-up and payment processing.
