Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Sefton is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage bookings, and answer enquiries. You’ll help host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre running smoothly across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and more.

You’ll need a friendly, proactive approach with strong customer service and communication skills. Full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a fun, team-focused environment await.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience at reception by managing bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across centres (Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service and safety.
