Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide consistent service.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience in hotel front office or supervisory/management roles.

Responsabilités

• Be present in lobby and reception during peak times and support your team
• Promote selling culture amongst the FO team, review results daily
• Lead reception team and porters to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Monitor and maintain safe and secure working environment for all hotel colleagues and guests
• Act on guest feedback and respond to reviews, update guest profiles
• Ensure pre- and post-stay communication is sent to guests
• Ensure compliance with Apex procedures
• Maintain records and communications for tracking
• Proactively manage poor performance and model good leadership
• Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure outstanding guest experience
• Plan VIP arrivals and communicate to hotel team
• Walk property to identify issues and address Health & Safety matters
