Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable individual with a proactive approach to guest service.
• Prior porter/hospitality or guest-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to multitask and work as part of a team in a busy venue.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a warm introduction to the House.
• Support Front of House with guest requests and general assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of luggage/vehicle storage areas.
• Conduct regular checks of public areas and report issues.
• Support other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
