Soho House is seeking a Driver/Luggage Porter to assist with luggage, guest requests, and the flow of arrivals and departures, delivering a warm, first‑class welcome for members and guests. You’ll work closely with Front of House and Accommodation to ensure seamless service and a polished guest experience from arrival.

The role is hands‑on and guest facing, requiring a friendly, proactive attitude and attention to detail to help guests feel looked after as soon as they arrive.

Competenze

• Friendly, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.
• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue.
• Natural flair for first class service.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a warm introduction to the House.
• Support Front of House with guest requests and general assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of luggage/vehicle storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries, room moves and internal requests as needed.
• Conduct regular checks of public areas, reporting issues or hazards.
