Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Driver/Luggage Porter to assist with luggage, guest requests and the smooth flow of arrivals and departures. You will support Front of House and Accommodation, escort guests to rooms, and help maintain public areas with a warm, first-class Soho House service mindset.

The role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a busy, high-profile venue team.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy hospitality or porter roles preferred.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a warm introduction to the House.
• Support Front of House with guest requests and general assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of luggage/vehicle storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries, room moves and internal requests as needed.
• Conduct checks of public areas and report issues or hazards.
• Represent Soho House standards and service style at all times.
