Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Driver/ Luggage Porter to welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure. You will escort guests to rooms and support Front of House with requests, helping maintain smooth operations.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role requiring a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A UK driving licence is essential; prior porter or hospitality experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in porter, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a warm introduction to the House.
• Support Front of House with guest requests and general assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of luggage/vehicle storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries, room moves and internal requests as needed.
• Conduct regular checks of public areas and report hazards.
• Support other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent Soho House standards, values, and service style.
