Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front Office team member to be the first and last contact for guests, handling check-in/out and promoting hotel services. You will support the Front Office Manager by relaying guest feedback, ensuring occupancy targets, and maintaining compliance with security and health and safety standards.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organisational abilities managing reservations and front desk operations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate guest information and bookings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out processes.
• Communicate feedback to Front Office Manager and other departments.
• Maximise room occupancy and up-sell hotel services.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
• Support colleagues across departments to deliver a first-class guest experience.
