Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property operated by The QHotels Collection. We are seeking a guest-focused team member who will greet guests, assist with check-in, and manage payments and admin tasks with warmth and professionalism.

You will be the first impression for guests, handling enquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction throughout their stay, while training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Have worked in a customer facing role.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
