Wotton House, part of RBH Hospitality Management, is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You’ll support the front desk and collaborate with housekeeping and F&B to deliver luxury hospitality.

Key traits include excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality exposure is preferred, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Has previous customer service or hospitality experience (hotel experience is desirable but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional and genuine smile.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and complaints with confidence and care.
• Handle reservations, telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences and local attractions to enhance stay.
• Work with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation within Reception and lobby areas.
