KERB Food Ltd in London’s Spitalfields is seeking a Bookings Co-ordinator on a 4-month fixed-term contract to support guest experiences at KERB Sports Bar. You will manage reservations and enquiries across Design My Night, email and phone, supporting the Event Sales Manager and driving bookings while ensuring a seamless guest journey from enquiry to event delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong guest experience focus.
• Passion for exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in on non-designated areas on site.
• Experience with Design My Night or other reservation systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation administration on Design My Night.
• Assist the Sales Manager with enquiry management, answering phone calls and emails.
• Assist the management team in ensuring smooth customer flow in and out of the venue.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the food and beverage offering and make recommendations to guests based on preferences.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure effective communication with Traders and colleagues.
• Collaborate with all teams within the venue to deliver fantastic events and service, including bar and floor teams, Traders and external stakeholders.
• Seat customers and assist with requests and complaints, escalating to a line manager when necessary.
• Take direction from senior team members while maintaining a calm, professional approach in a busy environment.
