Job summary

Premier Inn Torquay Harbour is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and help ensure guests have a smooth stay.

You will serve breakfast or dinner, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks, answer questions and help solve problems, and help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best. You’ll support teammates across the hotel when it’s busy and ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and calm under busy conditions.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
