Premier Inn at Harwich is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure the lobby, restaurant and public areas shine. Shifts can include evenings, weekends and busy periods, making every day different.

No hotel experience is required; friendly and proactive individuals who enjoy helping people will thrive. Training is provided to support your growth within Premier Inn.

• Friendly and helpful attitude essential.
• Ability to stay calm when it's busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
