Premier Inn Lewes Town Centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 12-hour-per-week, fixed-term contract until 28 February 2027. The role involves welcoming guests, checking in, serving breakfast or dinner, and helping ensure guests have a smooth stay.

No two shifts are the same; you may assist families one moment and then help guests with local recommendations or problem-solving the next. Training is provided by Whitbread.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
