Premier Inn in Alnwick is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help run breakfast or dinner services at the Alnwick Premier Inn. You’ll be part of a frontline team delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy hotel environment.

This fixed-term role offers up to £13.06 per hour, with 12 guaranteed hours per week and shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
