Whitbread’s Alnwick Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for a fixed-term contract. You’ll work 12 hours per week, with pay up to £13.06 per hour, and shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Location: Willowburn Trading Estate, South Road, Alnwick, NE66 2PF. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, answer questions and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly and helpful attitude encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems; keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean.
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
• This role involves shifts that include evenings and weekends.
