Job summary

Accor in Edinburgh Park is seeking a Multi Skilled Team Member to welcome guests, manage the reception desk, and support both front-of-house and F&B tasks. You will contribute to a warm guest experience, handle check-in/out, and promote loyalty programmes in a busy hotel environment.

Fluent English is required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential. The role offers training and development within the Accor network and opportunities across 5000 hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service focus and attitude.
• Experience or ability to process nightly audits of front desk transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the reception desk and check-in/out processes.
• Provide a friendly, personalised welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Promote Accor’s ALL loyalty programme and uphold brand image.
• Assist in bar and restaurant service, including taking orders and serving food.
• Ensure tables are prepared, cleaned, and maintained to hygiene standards.
• Flexibly assist in reception and F&B tasks based on occupancy.
