Job summary

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh, part of The Unlimited Collection, is seeking a Receptionist passionate about delivering service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager and help create memorable experiences for guests in Edinburgh.

Key duties include greeting guests warmly, knowing our facilities, and working with IT systems. Strong English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Excellent teamwork and a proactive attitude are expected.
