Job summary

Premier Inn North Shields (Ferry Terminal) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and breakfast or dinner, and keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best. You’ll support colleagues and ensure each guest feels cared for from arrival to departure.

No hotel experience is required—friendly people who enjoy helping others can learn quickly. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and busy periods at Royal Quays.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, people-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates during busy periods; ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.
