DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is recruiting a Receptionist to join the Truly Talented team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the role offers flexibility in hours and a welcoming hotel environment with staff discounts and on-site facilities.

You will greet guests, manage requests and queries, and represent the brand with warm, professional service while supporting a busy front desk team.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• To be totally guest focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained.
• To promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
• You must be flexible to work either - Early - Late or support Night shifts.
